       Tekstil alanında çalışmak isteyenlerin görme ve işitme duyu organlarının işlevlerini tam olarak yerine getirmesi, el ve parmaklarını ustalıkla kullanması, titiz olması, bedenen ve ruhen sağlıklı olması, göz ve ellerini eş güdümlü kullanabilmesi ayrıca meslekî eğitim almış olması gerekmektedir. Tekstil alanında çalışanlar, çalışmalarını kapalı mekânlarda (işletmelerde) yürütürler. Bu alanda çalışanlar, görevini yaparken bireysel çalışabilecekleri gibi ekip hâlinde de çalışabilirler. Alanın altındaki meslekler çeşitli ham madde ve makinelerle çalışmayı gerektirmektedir.

         Tekstil alanında çalışmak isteyenler, özel sektörlerdeki tekstil üretim işletmelerinde çalışabilirler. Tekstil alanı mezunu olan bir kişi;

  Okulumuzda bu alanda öğrenimlerini tamamlayan öğrenciler meslek yüksek okullarının;

• Halı, kilim (Carpet- rug)
• Halıcılık (The carpet industry )
• Tekstil, (Textile)

 Bölümlerine TYT sınavı ile giriş yapabilirler.

 Üniversite giriş sınavında başarılı oldukları takdirde;

Bölümlerinde lisans öğrenimlerine devam edebilirler.

 Ayrıca ön lisans programlarını başarı ile bitirenler açılan Dikey Geçiş Sınavı’nda başarılı oldukları takdirde;
